IRAN DEVELOPS MINI-UAV

"Iran has reported the development of its first miniature unmanned aerial vehicles.

Officials said Iran's state-owned industry has produced a family of mini-UAVs for tactical missions. They said the UAVs could be launched by a sole operator and conduct surveillance missions.

"These aircraft are unique in the country, as good as the best and most efficient in the international market," Rasool Peyghambari, director of Asr-e Talai Factories, said."
