Condor UAV Supports FEMA and National Guard Exercise

"Emmen Aerospace announced today that it supported the Emergency Response Exercise Palmetto CWID 2007 last month in Charleston., SC. State officials, South Carolina’s National Guard, FEMA, SPAWAR and emergency managers were assembled this year to practice a hurricane scenario. The Condor made several flights, providing live detailed video of areas of concern. The video was also displayed in real in the emergency operation center (EOC), giving the military commander and emergency manager timely and detailed information. During the exercise the Condor also flew in support of a SWAT team during an assault, providing intelligence and target confirmation before the attack and support during the assault making sure no suspects were leaving the area."
