Hama Mobile DataSafe III DVD

Hama-Mobile-Datasafe-Iii-Dvd
Hama Press Release

Just recently available on card – now already on DVD

Hama will present a king among the portable burners at this year’s CeBIT: the Mobile DataSafe III. Equipped with a DVD burner, the big brother of DataSafe II is even more flexible. It burns the data of the most common memory card types on DVD-R/-RW, DVD+R/+RW and CD-R/-RW, even without a computer thanks to the powerful battery.

It is also a mobile DVD, MP3 and media player for JPEG, MPEG 1 and 2 formats and is a USB 2.0 multi-card reader as well. Once connected to your computer via USB, DataSafe III is immediately recognized as an external DVD burner and card reader.

DataSafe III functions without a driver for Windows ME, 2000 and XP. Drivers are included for Windows 98SE.

A whole lot of software
As far as additional software is concerned, the device is bulging at the seams. In its bag of goods you’ll find the full version of the ULEAD program PhotoImpact XL SE, Photo Explorer 8.5 SE for managing and processing the stored files on your PC and PC INSPECTOR smart recovery for retrieving lost data. Also included is the full version of the ULEAD DVD MovieFactory 3 Suite for burning and processing data, music and video CDs and DVDs.

The Mobile DataSafe III, including remote control, Lithium ion battery, various connecting cables, power unit and case will be available in stores starting in March.

Hama Mobile DataSafe III DVD Specifications:
