Youth gets six months for camera in court
'A youth who caused a robbery trial to be aborted after taking photographs and video footage in court using his mobile phone was yesterday sentenced to six months' detention.
Shaun Nash, 19, was in the public gallery at the trial of a friend at Bristol Crown Court when he was spotted using the phone by a juror.
The trial was abandoned and when Nash was arrested, his mobile was found to contain two still photographs and a series of short films.
The images included pictures and video of the judge, the defendant and jurors being sworn in, the court was told.'
