Yahoo's free ZoneTag application lets you not only upload your cameraphone pictures to Flickr, but also tag them with general location data.

ZoneTag lets you upload to Flickr with two clicks. You can have your pictures automatically tagged with the location they were taken at, and you can specify who sees each picture uploaded, and whether you want location tags added to each photo. Photos can also be tagged on your cameraphone as you take them.
