Video Phone Allegedly Used To Take Pictures Up Skirts
'A man accused of using his cell phone to secretly take pictures up women's skirts now faces charges.
Surveillance video taken Aug. 1 from a Cargo Largo store in Independence shows a man sneaking up behind a woman and focusing a camera phone under her skirt.'

'A man has been charged after allegedly setting up a mobile phone to secretly film people using a bathroom at a house in Sydney. The concealed mobile phone, which had video capabilities, was allegedly discovered by a 13-year-old girl at a residence in Merrylands West, police said....'
