Sony Ericsson has releases specs for their latest camera phone, the V600i 3G, which can be used as a normal handheld phone or turned horizontal and used as a 1.3 megapixel camera. The phone has an impressive list of features, including high speed internet and an "always on" modem. From Sony Ericsson's website:
