3G reviews the Samsung SGH-Z540V and finds it to be a nice looking 3G phone. The review isn't big on the phone's camera, though: "Its camera must be classed as entry-level only and some people harsher than me could call it below par by today's standards. Just to confirm it has a 1.3-megapixel camera on-board with 4x digital zoom."
