LetsGoMobile reviews the Samsung G810 and writes, "Samsung opted to equip the G810 with a more advanced camera than the average digital camera on a mobile phone. The 5 Megapixel resolution suffices to take relatively nice pictures with the G810. Items you'd expect to see on a digital compact camera, such as auto focus, a 3x optical zoom and flash, are therefore also available on the Samsung G810. The speed at which you can shoot, is slowed down due to the auto focus and the rather slowly optical zoom. However, the optical zoom remains a more welcoming feature than the digital zoom, since image quality is ensured this way. If you are less interested in taking high quality pictures, and just want to have the possibility available to shoot pictures and share these through a multimedia message or Bluetooth, this might also be the reason for you to purchase a cameraphone such as the Samsung G810 instead of a digital compact camera."
