Samsung A640 Review - PCMag
PCMag reviews the Samsung A640 and writes, "Don't bother with the A640 if you want to do much more than call. The phone has the usual WAP browser as well as text and picture messaging with T9 predictive text. You can download AIM, MSN, or Yahoo! IM clients at $2.99/month each. There's a flashless VGA camera that takes over-sharpened, greenish photos (and no videos); the phone stores 40 shots, and you can use the external screen as a viewfinder for self-portraits."
