Man Charged: Secretly Photographing Child
Out and about with your children? Camera phones may require you to practice more awareness of who’s around, and what they might be doing:
"A 33-year-old Toronto man is facing 18 charges of mischief and criminal harassment after police released surveillance footage from a Toronto store allegedly showing a child being secretly photographed with a camera phone.
Television stations around Toronto broadcast the footage. It showed a woman and a young girl shopping at an east-end store, while a neatly dressed man stood nearby."
