Man arrested for Camera Phone Privacy Breech
'An employee at a Rochester ice rink is under arrest.
Christopher Maloney has been accused of using his camera phone to take pictures of a women's hockey team in the locker room at the Genesee Valley Ice Rink.
Maloney has been charged with unlawful surveillance. He has also has been fired and is banned from the ice arena.
No pictures were found on his phone when he was arrested.
The city will tighten security procedures at the rink.'
