Man, 62, pleads guilty in Upskirt Camera Phone case
'A man who used a cell phone camera to try to take pictures up the skirts of girls and women in public places in northern San Diego pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of attempted lewd conduct.
Alan Campbell, 62, of Rancho Bernardo, did not appear at a readiness conference in which his attorney entered his change of plea yesterday.
The defendant pleaded guilty to misdemeanor attempted lewd conduct using a concealed camera for sexual gratification.
Commissioner Sandra Berry immediately sentenced Campbell to three years probation and ordered him to undergo psychological counseling and stay away from a number of named victims, said Deputy District Attorney Kristen Spieler.'
