LG VX7000
Mobiledia has a good review of the LG VX7000 and writes - 'The VX7000 has also refined and improved on many functions the VX6000 was lacking. Functions such as an improved built-in camera, larger more vivid internal and external screens, and more realistic sounding audio.
For many of the VX6000 loyalists, the VX7000 is a much anticipated release. And if past indications are correct, the VX7000 should be just as popular.'
InfosyncWorld also reviews the LG VX7000 and writes - 'The phone's main feature, of course, is its camera. The camera is a 0.3 megapixel VGA camera with the lens mounted in a small rotating drum, a design used by a few previous phones and handhelds. It has four detail levels as well as a digital zoom function, and the usual effects such as night mode, white balance, and color adjustment. It is also capable of taking short video clips for video messaging.'
CNET also reviews the LG VX7000 and writes - ' LG has a hit in the making with its new VX7000, the company's first camera phone with video-recording and playback functionality. Featuring a rotating lens, a flash, and beautiful internal and external screens, the VX7000 will be a hit with camera-phone aficionados. However, the phone's weak e-mail capabilities and lack of Bluetooth or IR support will frustrate business users.' Rating: 8.0
Text America has some user reviews of the LG VX7000. InfoSync World has a good review of the LG VX7000 and writes - 'Despite its strong ergonomics, the VX7000 falls short in other areas. In particular, the absence of Bluetooth, infrared, speaker-independent voice dialing, and a speakerphone combine to leave a big hole in the phone's feature set, as all are available on other phones in similar price ranges. The fact that the camera lens will not stay put where it belongs is also a major problem for frequent photographers. On the plus side, camera image quality is good, the screen is wonderful, and the phone's overall feel and ergonomics are first-rate. Camera-phone hunters should give the VX7000 a look, but should be mindful of what they won't be getting.'
