HTC Z
NTT DoCoMo is working with HTC to develop the HTC Z, a Windows Mobile 5.0-based Pocket PC which will sport two cameras, a 2.0 megapixel external camera, and an internal one with 100,000 pixels.
Other features include:

* 3G FOMA
* QWERTY keyboard
* 2.8" LCD TFT display, 240x320, QVGA
* 64MB RAM, 128MB Flash
* MicroSD memory expansion
* Bluetooth 2.0
