Splintered Channels has an interesting post about how camera phones have changed the concert scene. Instead of the flickering flames from lighters held aloft by 1000s of fans:

"I saw thousands of glowing blue lights. A wall of mini-screens capturing images and sounds from the concert broadcast live to friends and family through their cell phones - a veritable tidal wave of consumer generated media."

So if you haven't been to a concert lately, and have tickets to something big coming up, don't forget to bring your camera phone!
