Casio W31CA
Casio Japan have released the CASIO W31CA camera phone.
It has a 3.2 megapixel camera with 2.6inch VGA color display and document viewer (reads PDF, PPT, Word and Excel documents). The phone measures 51x103x28mm and weighs 143 grams.
At this point it seems that the Casio W31CA will be released in Japan only.
