When did Hospitality become an Industry rather then just a normal and expected part of life and faith?



Hospitality became an industry when they took out the pleasure of service, added profits and losses and employed folk who were in it for the job, not the calling. Common sense was left by the wayside and languished along with love for your fellow-man, respect for others and a helpful attitude. And now I'll climb off my soap-box...:)
