I have business cards for The Sakamuyo Network. Then again, TSN is a registered christian ministry (according to the State of Oregon, at least), of which the "blog" is really only a small piece.

I have already designed a blogcard ready to print onto those inkjet perforated business card blanks, but I thought it might be considered a bit too pretentious... I may have to reconsider and lead the pack instead of waiting for the pack to join me...
My only problem is that I really have FOUR blogs going at once... and I really don't know if I want to design FOUR different cards... :(
