AFL Grand Final Winner

6 August, 2004 6:22 PM

Update - Congratulations to Port Adelaide for beating Brisbane in the AFL Grand final. Port Power beat the Lions 17.11 (113) to 10.13 (73).

Essendon, Geelong, Sydney and St Kilda all will want a go at the title of AFL Premiers also so it should be a fascinating finals series culminating in the Grand Final on 25 September.
