'Hi' Spam

Has anyone else been getting daily emails from assorted hotmail addresses that just contain the word,

'Hi'

Maybe the Nigerian Spammers are taking a different approach?

Yes, I've been getting those too. Strange. Wonder if they have a transparent image in them to confirm that somebody's opened them or something.

i wondered about that too...although they just keep coming and I would have thought one would be enough to check if my email was active.
